Frequently Asked Questions

I. User Account Login

How to get an account? Forgot password? How to change the initial password?

1. How to get an account?

Accounts are uniformly created by overseas warehouse operations personnel. Please use the account and initial password provided by the overseas warehouse personnel to log in to the system. You can switch between Chinese and English in the upper right corner of the login window.

2. Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can contact the administrator to reset it to the initial password.

3. How to change the initial password

After logging in, you can change the initial password for the account. Steps: Click the avatar in the upper right corner > Personal Center > Change Password.

II. Product Management

Supports customer operations such as adding, publishing, disabling, modifying, and filtering products. Products created need to pass review before they can be used to create orders.

1. Product Creation

Steps: SKU Management > SKUs Under Review > Add > Submit --> (WMS Review) -> Self-Use SKUs Notes:

SKU must be a unique identifier within the same customer's warehouse system and is the smallest unit for distinguishing
different products;
Once a product SKU is created, it cannot be changed again; all other bound content supports modification;

III. How to Pre-declare Product Inbound?

Product inbound is the process where users arrange for goods to be sent to the warehouse and submit inbound instructions to the warehouse. Inbound order data must be consistent with the actual shipment data, and please ensure that the SKU has been created and approved on the "Products" page before creating an inbound order.

1. Fulfillment Inbound

Steps: Fulfillment Inbound > Pending Inbound > Add > Fill in Information > Save & Submit Notes:

Fulfillment inbound products are stored by piece, generating corresponding product inventory, which can then be used for
drop shipping.

IV. How to Pre-declare Product Outbound?

1. Fulfillment Outbound (Dropshipping)

There are three ways to create a fulfillment outbound order: syncing orders from authorized platform stores, manually creating a single outbound order, and bulk importing outbound orders. Notes:

Orders from authorized platform stores will be synchronized to [Pending Review], requiring warehouse & logistics
allocation. After approval, a fulfillment outbound order will be generated.

When manually creating an outbound order, please select the shipping warehouse first, otherwise, you will not be able
to select the logistics channel and product information;
The system does not support virtual shipping, and product information cannot be selected for SKUs that are not in an
approved status or have zero available inventory.

V. How to Check Inventory?

1. Inventory Management

The [Inventory Management] module allows you to view the quantity, inventory flow, and age of product inventory, transit inventory, and return inventory by inventory type. By filtering warehouses, you can view the quantity and age of products in different warehouses. Inventory data includes inventory attributes (good/defective), available inventory, total inventory, locked inventory, and in-transit inventory. Both inventory data and inventory age data support exporting to a table for reconciliation.
